FromAItoZI is a one-person consulting business operated by Zachary Iobst. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you share with us.

The short version

We do not sell your information. Ever. We collect the minimum needed to run a consulting business — your name, email, and whatever you tell us about your business when we work together. That's it.

What we collect

• Contact information you provide via email or a booking form (name, email address, business name, message content).
• Analytics: We use Cloudflare's privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand traffic patterns. No cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers, no third-party cookies.
• Project information you share with us during an engagement (workflow descriptions, business context, account access if you grant it).

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We don't share your information with third-party marketers.
• We don't use your information to train AI models.
• We don't set advertising or tracking cookies.
• We don't use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar ad-tech tools.

Third parties we use

To run the business, we use a small number of trusted services that may process limited information on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — site hosting, domain, email routing, and analytics.
• Calendly (or similar) — appointment scheduling, when you book a call.
• Email providers — for sending and receiving messages.
• Payment processors — when you engage paid services, processed via Stripe or PayPal. We never store payment card details.

Each of these has their own privacy policies, which apply when you interact with them.

How long we keep your information

Contact and project information is retained as long as needed for the engagement, plus a reasonable period for tax, legal, and continuity purposes. If you'd like your information deleted, email zak@fromaitozi.com and we'll confirm deletion within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion. Email zak@fromaitozi.com.

Updates to this policy

If we change anything material, we'll update the date at the top of this page and note what changed. The current version is the one that applies.
