I've spent nearly two decades in workflow-heavy roles: 17 years
in mortgage loss mitigation across Lehman/Aurora, Rushmore,
Mr. Cooper, and Rocket Mortgage, and two years before that
running internet sales at a Long Beach Toyota dealership —
back when "internet sales" was a new department dealerships
hadn't yet figured out.
The common thread: navigating complex software stacks under
deadline pressure to get specific outcomes. That work taught
me something most "AI consultants" miss: workflow problems
are rarely software problems. They're architecture
problems. Companies stack tools on top of tools and expect
integration to happen by accident. It doesn't.
When I got laid off in 2025, I built ComfyRemote — a production
AI image generation and quality-control pipeline that runs
end-to-end without manual intervention. Eight pipeline stages,
multiple AI models, error recovery, fully automated. Heck, I
even made a logo.
I built it because I needed it, and because it was fascinating
to see what I could architect with AI turning countless hours
of complex coding into minutes. Then I realized small businesses,
content creators, and agencies need the exact same kind of
architecture — just custom tailored for their own workflows.
That's what FromAItoZI does. We don't sell you on AI.
We architect the workflows that unlock its true potential.
